What a wonderful city this is! Rome!

“I found Rome built of bricks; I leave her clothed in marble.”  ― Augustus

“She had always been fond of history, and here [in Rome] was history in the stones of the street and the atoms of the sunshine.”
― Henry James

I could have stayed wonderfully lost there for a very long time

Ceiling at the Vatican Museum

So crowded I could only look upwards… 🙂

Something for the big wallet 🙂

Now I’ve found something new to tick off my To-Do list

What’s on your list?

I wish you a wonderful day!

Kram!

  3. Lotta I travelled and lived in London for two years, I went to many beautiful countries, sadly on my back packer low budget journey I did not get to Rome. It looks divine and I can imagine how the place would inspire you to create a poem or a painting. Thank you for sharing your time there with me.

    1. Were you standing behind my shoulder watching the painting I started on?? It’s still on my mind. Thank you forever for your thoughts. I hope one day you’ll go to the places you want to see. Love to you friend. ❤️
