I have had these thoughts on my mind for a while and found the words to a poem.

Please feel free to comment about it. 🙂

Poem of Today

What if I could write

a word for every faith

of every kind of trust

the humans have in mind

So many words would it be

eternal like the sky

flooding like the sea

of different ideologies

Even in a church or group

where rules are set of how to be

a single person needs to think

of “what is right for me?”

The words I write would never end

the thoughts of trust and faith might change

we humans learn, and learn some more

and shape our thoughts as on we go

Even if without a church

a human needs to make believes

of how and why and for how long

without that he is not strong

Trying to avoid the thoughts

of purpose and of peace

diminishes the happiness in life

and sets the emptiness in man.

  1. That’s a beautiful poem, Lotta! It is true that we all have different backgrounds and beliefs and are all still learning from each other. You captured it very well. Thanks for sharing!

  2. This is a beautiful poem Lotta. Sounds light and delicate but I see it as deep and profound on many levels. Thanks for sharing. It shows a woman of depth who questions Life itself and does not settle easily at what is. Unfortunatelly, we settle down too easily and that is the sure way to stop growing.
    Blessings and Light!

    1. Thank you Katina! It is so easy to ran along in life and never stop to think, but then life flows away from us and we haven’t accomplished the mental growing that we also need.
