Just allow yourself to step back for a moment and watch yourself from a distance.
How does this person feel today?
How could you help this person?
Perhaps it is time to grow in understanding for this person and assist him/her.
Perhaps it is time to forgive this person for something happened in the past.
And today is the day to encourage this person to go ahead and experience life with renewed vitality.
Remember, for someone in this world you are the most important person.
